Last Sunday was another gathering of the West-Coast Caldwells.... to celebrate Nancy's birthday. Special guests were Grandma and Grandpa, in from Quebec, and Jimmy, en route back to China to teach ESL.
The kids always have a ton of fun being together... although in public places they can get a bit noisy (just a little).
It's nice that we can find a good half-way point to meet, but it's easier when they have room to move around a bit.

The second purpose of the visit was to "hand off" Mark's parents. They flew into Seattle, and are staying with us for 2 weeks before they head South to Blake's and Nancy's, with a side trip to Disney world thrown in!
Such a special evening... wish we had more celebrations with Grandma and Grandpa included!
