A visit to Rainbow Terrace - August 16

The kids and I had a great visit at my aunt and uncle's house, Rainbow Terrace, on Saltspring Island. Playing on the beach, fishing from the dock, going for a boat ride and visiting Auntie Betty's bookstore were all fun. It was too bad the weather wasn't hot and sunny, but conditions were ideal to see a beautiful rainbow.

The funniest part of the trip? Uncle Gordon got my kids hooked on "Bonanza"!
